avatar - design speaking profile.pngI’m excited to announce that I’ll be speaking at the Design Thinking Conference in Austin, Texas on April 16-18, 2019. They even created this nifty avatar of me, although I think it looks more like a younger Ethan Hawke or Sam Rockwell.

My speaking engagement will focus on Design Thinking for AI/Automation, where I will cover these relevant topics:

  • Develop an AI design process (which includes creating a relevant personality to optimize user engagement)
  • Researching and mapping out current experiences to discover hidden needs
  • Utilizing AI to revamp employee experience

I promise it will be fun and interactive, so I hope to see you in Austin, Tx in a few weeks!
