I joined Steve Koch and Chad Brough on the Designing Next podcast to talk about a topic that I’m passionate about – Design Thinking, and how it’s utilized in business today along with the challenges of implementing it within an organization and where I see it going in the future. 

Additionally in this episode, I speak with Chad & Steve about how I’ve seen the role of the designer evolve in the last 20 years, what it means to be a design driven company, and my advice to leaders who want to integrate design further into their organization.
